When will my order arrive?

At Boggs Bag, we aim to make receiving your order as smooth and effortless as possible. Here’s what you need to know about the shipping and delivery process:

In-Stock Orders
For in-stock orders within the US, your package should arrive in 5-10 business days.

We’ve partnered with Route Package Protection to offer you peace of mind that your package will arrive safely. Route offers shipping protection extending coverage to online purchases that are stolen or lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend opting in for package protection for your order.

Please note that if you decline package protection, Bogg is not responsible or liable for any issues during shipping or after delivery. By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge this and understand you had the option to add package protection.

Just a heads up, you’ve got an hour to tweak anything you need with your order—whether it’s changing the shipping address, adjusting quantities or colors, or even canceling. Once our fulfillment team receives the order we are not able to make any changes. It can take up to 2 to 4 business days for an order to be processed and leave our facility, so don’t fret if you don’t get a shipping label right away!

Any estimated shipping times you see at checkout are the time it will take the carrier to deliver the package to you AFTER the package has been shipped. An estimate of 1-2 days at checkout is 2-3 days to process and ship + 1-2 days shipping.

We currently do NOT have expedited shipping options available.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders will be processed after the Pre-Order date shown for that item and will be shipped via USPS or UPS, based on the shipping address.

Actual shipping times vary by carrier but typically take 3-7 business days once the order has been processed. Orders that contain in-stock items and pre-order items will ship together after the pre-order date.

International Orders
International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs. Once your order leaves our facility (2-4 business days), you’ll receive tracking information and be able to follow your order’s journey to its final destination.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy. If you find Bogg Bag is not the right item for you, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Bogg Bag does not issue return labels.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our support team here for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges Criteria
Original packaging with tags still attached
Returned in the same new, unused condition as received
Orders that don’t meet these criteria aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges.

Add your order # to the front of your return package to ensure smooth processing.
